Terms & Conditions
1. The Q Store conforms with the Victorian Office of Fair Trading guidelines on e-commerce trading.
2. Each transaction will be accompanied by an itemised & fully descriptive Tax Invoice together with a copy of the EFTPOS/Card printout & a payment receipt. No payment is processed until the goods are picked, packed & ready to go.

4. The Q Store only merchandises brand name goods of good commercial quality. Should there be a problem please contact us - do not return them without a prior arrangement (see 4A below)
4A Goods may only be accepted for return by prior arrangement. A return/refund will only, generally, be authorised for items being faulty. In the case of an authorised return for goods NOT faulty - the customer will have to bear the cost of the original freight charge plus the cost of returning the item to us. Goods must reach us in an undamaged condition, It is advised for expensive items that Registered Post be used.
5. Claims on goods made after 14 days will incure a 10% re-stocking fee.
