  • It is a solid promise that NO information about customers will ever be sold, given, exchanged or transmitted, for any reason, to any other organisation. This includes Banks.
  • Repeat customers, especially for orders placed via fax, e-mail or over the telephone.  We will process orders using the original details given i.e. address, credit card details and so on. By placing your order you automatically give permission for this process.
  • The Q store & The Pen Store operates under the Victorian Office of Fair Trading guidelines for internet trading.
  • No financial processing takes place until the order is picked, checked and about to be despatched. Only goods actually sent are financially processed. Any backorders are processed in the same manner as an original order. There will be no freight charge on backorders unless for agreed or exceptional circumstances.
  • Orders will generally be despatched within 5 normal working days. No Telemarketing will be carried out nor will you be subjected to a barrage of e-mails.
