Includes parallel mat guide for setting border widths from 3/4" (1.9cm) to 4-1/4" (10.8cm), safety lock to keep mat guide secure during cutting, spring loaded, serrated aluminum guide rail, five extra blades, and a fully illustrated matting instruction guide.
